債權憑證換發?

請問:

我債權憑證是本票裁定而換的憑證,,所以時效是三年

債權憑證發文日期是99年5月20日

但101年7月有去強制執行過不動產,,,後來因不動產沒有保存登記,,該執行被駁回

但債權憑證後方備註欄有紀錄,,,紀錄上有寫101年7月強制執行

請問 1.101年的強執紀錄可以視為時效中斷嗎?

2.如果沒中斷,,,那現在已經超過三年了,,,我還能去換債權憑證嗎?

3. 有沒有其他補救的方法,,可以換債權憑證?
