H7N9病毒基因變異 出現抗藥性

從中國2名H7N9型禽流感病患身上，檢測出對克流感(Tamiflu)等治療用藥出現抗藥性的病毒，這是上海公共衛生臨床中心等團隊發表在28日的英國醫學雜誌《刺胳針》(The Lancet)上。

根據日本共同通信社29日報導，之前雖然已知有從病患身上採集病毒，發現與耐藥性相關的基因發生變異的情形。這項研究結果第一次臨床確認，使用克流感卻無效的患者身上所取得的病毒發生基因變異，因而產生耐藥性。

研究團隊是針對4月進入上海公共衛生臨床中心的14名病患進行調查。
