前立委顏清標受惠會計法修正，未來免刑獲釋後能否再參選公職？內政部對此疑義函請法務部解釋; 據了解，法務部法律事務司收文後隨即開會研析，傾向認為顏清標的貪汙刑罰紀錄仍然存在，但關鍵能否登記為公職候選人部分，由於事涉主管機關的權責認定，將不會作可否的明確解釋。
