請問離婚協議書的效力?

我想請問跟大陸老婆辦理離婚協議時,她找了她兩個朋友一個是台灣人一個是她的陸配,但我前妻沒有先告知我要找誰當證人簽離婚協議書,更扯的是那兩未簽字蓋章的夫妻,連問都沒問過我,等於是我拿到填好的離婚協議書就到戶政事務所辦離婚,那兩個證人也沒有出現在現場,請問這樣還有效力嗎?

沒有效力!!
要兩位要離婚的本人到場，加上兩個證人也要到!
我記得沒錯!應該是這樣吧!
