請問遇到這種商標問題我該怎麼辦?

在剛出社會時到一家化學公司擔任商標管理工作,有一個業務部的主管對我不錯,當時他向我要部份公司產品商標,後來之後也陸陸續續在拿了一些給他,而他也招待我出去玩,他後來在99年3月離職我還有給他兩次,最後他因為做偽藥被公司知道,他也向公司說我也參與其中,還好當時公司步追就只要求賠償,我也在100年4月賠款開除,直到盡其他又被檢舉後遭判決,但我也因此被牽扯下去,還收到檢察官起訴竊盜罪,之前公司一直設法為我脫罪,而檢察官認為我有做偽證,請問我該怎麼辦?
