技術創新力排行榜瑞士再奪冠

（中央社台北2013年7月3日電）世界智慧財產權組織（WIPO）公佈2013年全球技術創新能力排行榜，在不包括台灣的142個受評比國家和地區中，瑞士蟬聯第一，美國重登前五名，亞洲以香港和新加坡名列第七和第八最優。

前十名成員與去年完全相同，但除了瑞士與第二名的瑞典名次不變，其他八名排序出現重大變化。英國由第五升至第三，荷蘭由第六搶進至第四，美國更躍進五名，回升到第五名。

第六至10名依序是：芬蘭（原第四）、香港（原第八）、新加玻（原第三）、丹麥（原第七）和愛爾蘭（原第九）。

亞洲除了名列前茅的香港與新加坡，南韓排名第18，日本22，中國大陸35。

世界智財權組織表示，儘管世界遭遇經濟危機，創新的力量仍強。大多數國家的研發支出都超過2008年的水準。中國大陸、哥斯大黎加、印度和塞內加爾等具活力的中低所得國家已超越同儕，但尚未能躋身領先群。
