《國際產業》蘋果MacBook傳將採用IGZO面板

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】韓國科技網站etnews.com報導，蘋果將擴大採用氧化銦鎵鋅(Indium gallium zinc oxide,IGZO)顯示器，以減少行動裝置的耗電。報導中引述產業消息人士指出，蘋果決定讓MacBook筆電採用IGZO螢幕，蘋果正與夏普、樂金顯示器等面板供應廠討論這項計畫。

隨著IGZO面板技術的進步，蘋果已經決定將IGZO顯示器運用在iPad平板電腦上，此外，預計明年上半年推出的新款MacBook筆電亦將引進這項新面板技術。

為了配合蘋果的需求，夏普已逐步擴大IGZO面板產能，樂金顯示器的AM OLED與LCD面板生產線開始升級，以加入IGZO面板生產行列。
