熟悉法律的大哥大姊，請問這種行為會有違法的疑慮嗎？

各位熟悉法律的大哥大姐們，我朋友在日本有日本帳戶，因朋友需要日幣，因此有不認識的人（簡稱a，感覺是中國人)請他代收日幣，並請他日幣轉匯台幣至a的台灣帳戶，請問這樣的行為會有違法的疑慮嗎？或是有什麼風險呢？麻煩請給我朋友一些指點，謝謝。
