【美股開盤】利多簇擁 漲

（中央社台北2013年9月16日電）美股開盤和美債齊揚，美元則貶值，在此之前，薩默斯（Lawrence Summers）退出角逐聯邦準備理事會（Fed）主席的行列，美國和俄羅斯則就銷毀敘利亞化武的計畫達成共識。

台北時間晚間9時31分，道瓊工業指數漲137.46點或0.89%，報15513.52點；那斯達克綜合指數漲32.34點或0.87%，報3754.52點；標準普爾500指數漲10.47點或0.62%，報1698.46點；費城半導體指數漲4.45點或0.91%，報492.69點。

薩默斯在聯準會明天召開為期兩天的例會前夕退出角逐名單，市場預期，聯準會將在這場會議上開始縮減名為量化寬鬆（QE）的購債措施規模。根據上週公布的彭博全球調查（Bloomberg Global Poll），薩默斯政策緊縮會比接替現任主席柏南奇（Ben S. Bernanke）的主要對手葉連（Janet Yellen）還要積極。

協助BB&T財富管理公司（BB&T Wealth Management）操作170億美元的赫威格（Walter "Bucky" Hellwig）接受彭博社電訪時說：「投資人認為，在目前接班最熱門的葉連領導下，QE規模縮減可能不會那麼積極。QE在投資人心中仍是相當重要的因素，我們可在股債市的潛在變動中看出來。」（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
