請問扶養子女費可以減少嗎？

小孩都給男方扶養，而寫下每月給他6千，
當時在北部工作所以還負擔的起，
現在我因為某些原因回屏東了，可是這裡的薪水若要負擔6千，而我還有就學貸款每月要5000，
這樣一個月下來說開完笑一點，算已經算可以快申請低收入戶了，
請問可以減少嗎？若對方不願意的話，請問我們若上法院的話，
我一個月會被判要給予多少？還是不減一樣6000？
若而後我都沒有付錢，他告上了法庭，而我真的也沒那麼多錢，我會有什麼法律問題？

加問一個問題，朋友的爸爸去世，而他同父異母的兄弟要來爭產，
勞保那一條已經大家簽完名讓A先生先提領，再來分給其他兄弟姊妹，
現在有一個兄長，不想要這樣，想要全部分，
請問一下，若是錢下來了，都到了A先生的戶頭了，而A先生沒把錢分出來，
若上了法庭，A先生說花完了，會有什麼法律問題嗎？
