板大敘述太簡單

因為並無法從文中看出相關罪名是否有可能成立

且刑法妨害自由是章節名

旗下有很多法條

(例如板大所謂的刑法305條恐嚇危害安全罪   也在其內)

所以    並無法判斷   相關罪名是否成立

有些罪   雖然無法撤回告訴

但檢察官   可以依職權   來決定是否緩起訴或不起訴處分

 所以和解    未必完全無用
