德失業數連4升復甦失衡

（中央社台北2013年11月28日電）德國11月失業人數連續第4個月上升，意味歐洲最大經濟體復甦失衡。

聯邦勞工局（Federal Labor Agency）今天表示，經季節調整，失業數攀升1萬人至298.5萬人，10月經修正後為增加3000人。彭博社調查33位經濟師的預估中值為持平。失業率經調整後保持在6.9%不變。

德國的最大出口地歐元區難以維持剛萌芽的成長後，德國更加仰賴國內經濟。德國第3季0.3%的成長完全由內需帶動，其中最大功臣是資本投資與營建業。捷孚凱集團（GfK SE）昨天公布的調查顯示，下個月消費者信心將提升到超過6年來最高水準。

WGZ Bank分析師莫勒（Andreas Moeller）表示：「德國第4季經濟以溫和速度成長，這反映在失業的數據上。其他歐元區經濟體的低需求對出口有一些影響，不過收入及投資均加快成長。」

經濟師預測德國第4季國內生產毛額（GDP）將擴張0.4%，是歐元區預測值的兩倍。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
