林克穎保釋駁回 爭取引渡回台

（中央社記者唐佩君台北18日電）英國蘇格蘭高等法院今天裁定英商林克穎繼續還押，外交部表示，法務部與駐英國台北代表處會持續努力，爭取引渡林克穎回台。

英國蘇格蘭高等法院今天開庭審理在台灣撞死送報生的英商林克穎保釋抗告案，法官最後裁定駁回聲請，將林克穎還押。

外交部發言人高安晚間回應表示，外交部、法務部與駐英代表處持續努力與蘇格蘭檢察當局合作，爭取引渡林克穎回台灣。

高安表示，當年林克穎潛逃出境後，外交部就透過所有駐外館處協助調查藏匿之處，駐英代表處費了相當大心血，得知落腳英國，努力連繫英國司法機關，達成台英司法互助安排，接下來在明年1月的引渡庭上，會繼續應戰。1021218
