鞋子穿一次就壞，不能換貨?

我於12 / 25 到台南某家鞋店買一雙馬靴
他的款式還不錯看，當下也很喜歡，所以就買回家
可我於12 / 27 第一次穿那雙馬靴去上課，結果馬靴的腳後跟嚴重裂掉
我於 12 / 28 特地從高雄搭車到台南那家鞋店要求換貨
但店家給予我的回覆是 腳後跟那鞋底本身就是消耗品
而且還說我可能是腳力比較重 造成鞋子這樣 又說因為還有卡石頭
我覺得很疑惑 我跟他說 鞋子是不能只能穿在平坦的道路嗎
而且我也才穿一次 腳後跟就嚴重出現裂痕 這樣品質上是不是出現瑕疵
店家當下堅持不讓我換貨 也告訴我 那是可以找鞋店修理的 還要我額外付修理費
我說那要修理，現在可以修理嗎? 他說師父下禮拜三四才會來

到下禮拜三或四 我買鞋時間已超過7天，這樣它們是否故意要避重就輕

請問，才買不到一個禮拜，發現瑕疵，雖然有穿過，但也只穿那一次，這樣依然不能換貨嗎?
