.肇事責任~

「車輛行車事故鑑定委員會」所做的鑑定，會依據警方所提供之肇事現場圖及相關證據為主，所以警方之蒐證調查為肇事責任釐清之重點(如發現警方之調查資料非事實，得向相關單位申訴並要求重新調查)。司法機關對鑑定會所做鑑定之採信率高達90%以上，所以送鑑定是非常重要的。

< 初步分析 >警方會主動做肇事責任初步分析(供參考.並非確定肇事責任)，可於二週後向交通隊洽詢並申請「事故證明書」(另要求附上事故現場圖與照片等)。

< 自費申請 >可主動向「車向行車事故鑑定委員會」詢問及提出申請，費用：2000~3000、時間約二個月 內。

< 法院囑託 >於提起訴訟後，由法院囑託車鑑會，進行肇事責任之鑑定。
