沒做過的人被告妨礙性自主

性侵是刑事犯罪，蠻嚴重的。 不能看你相不相信，而是有無證據。

檢察官或法官才是重點：如果真沒做，講話其實可以很大聲。 直接跟檢察官說我沒做，我很愛我的女兒，我願意接受測謊，證明我的清白。  性侵，應該會去醫院檢查，所以女兒，有檢查過處女膜了嗎？ 是新傷還是舊傷。

社會局：需要保護小孩，所以再沒證明清白前，不會讓你去騷擾小孩。
