幫女友經營色情店前警官重判

已遭停職的台中市警局民防科警官周孫琦，幫助同居女友蔣國芳經營色情護膚店、網路簽賭站，還公器私用在非勤務時段開公務車去找歡場女子，酒駕發生車禍。台中地院依圖利等罪判周孫琦六年五月徒刑。

檢調專案小組年前前往蔣國芳（四十九歲）護膚店搜索，查獲性交易，經監控後發現蔣女和二線三星警官周孫琦（四十七）來往密切，交往同居近十年。

在監聽資料中，蔣女曾打電話給周員，「我今天都有給你喔，先生？」周員回答，「我知道啦，你現在還有收入嗎？」蔣女答，「做兩班，拜託一下，做兩班一千二百元。」周員又說，「電話說這個，你實在…，等一下過去跟你拿」。雖兩人均辯稱是借貸關係，但對實際借貸金額、如何對帳等語焉不詳，加上監聽內容，檢方原認定周員確有實際經營色情護膚店，台中地院審理後，法官改認定周員為幫助犯。
