網路速率及電腦問題(((急

我家網路是50M，共4台電腦使用
可是就在最近電腦打開網頁，我去測試網路速率時
用這裡的來測(http://www.speedtest.net/index.php)
發現PING變的好高，原本20~30----->變成250UP
再來網頁繼續測試我的下載速率變得不到1M?!(變成0.XXM，上傳速度也一樣)
這困擾我好幾天了
重開也沒用
CCLEANER 用過
系統醫生 用過
電腦磁碟重組 用過
再重開，悲哀....還是一樣

敢問大大們這是怎麼樣?!

速率慢，電腦也變慢了
