時薪工讀生加班和遇到國定假日休息問題

我想請問一下我剛找到一份工作我屬於時薪工讀生1小時115元,每天8點到5點中午休一小時=我1天有920元,六日都休息
我有2個問題
第1個:前陣子遇到國定假日5/1禮拜一的勞工節休息,我看其他正職員工是有給薪水的,那我屬於工讀生又是時薪制的會有算薪水嗎?

第2個:如果我晚上加班到8點吃飯也休息1小時和假日加班的話,我時薪制的工讀生加班費是怎麼算?
