為何曾文欽以吃牢飯為由殺人可信，並被很多人引為廢死聯盟間接害死人的實例(如果民眾在心裡深處不認為曾文欽的理由可信的話還會引之為據嗎？)；而其他一些聲稱自己因動漫或色情而犯下殺人或強姦等罪行的罪犯其理由就不可信？不知有何準則可區別哪些殺人兇手的理由可信，哪些不可信的？
