蔣怡懷胎７月，預計７月產下寶貝女兒，但她至今活蹦亂跳，前陣子常從香港到台灣、北京錄影，工作時也穿５吋高跟鞋，由於體重僅多了７公斤，看不出是孕婦！

她懷孕前無肉不歡，食量大且不忌口，懷孕後對肉類敬謝不敏，「應該是我女兒不愛吃肉吧！」變得愛吃青菜和米麵類，唯一不變的是愛甜食，日前做了日式年糕蘸花生糖或塗照燒汁吃。她仍固定在北京錄《美麗俏佳人》，擔任美麗導師，她很享受工作，把節目當成小孩，做到不能搭飛機為止，前幾天醫師要她不能再飛來飛去了，剛好香港i-CABLE電視台幫她打造新節目，專談準媽媽經。
