偵查庭階段, 急急急~

第一次收到證人傳票,依照時間去
過了一段時間
又再收到證人傳票,去第二次時,檢察官說轉成被告

1. 轉成被告,第二次的傳票為什麼不是用被告傳票,而是用證人傳票?

2.而第二次收到證人傳票,去才知道轉成被告,那第二次就是以被告身分應訊嗎?還是一樣是證人身分?

3.若第二個問題是以被告身分,那如果檢察官已經覺得調查完了,是不是就偵結,就不會再傳了呢?

4.若第二個問題是以證人身分,那是不是至少都還會被在傳一次以被告身分?

5.一個案子有兩個被告,可以同時用同一個律師嗎?
