去年訂下拍照

去年在逛街時，被婚紗業者拉去說有多優惠拍照，結果2萬元的錢下了訂金1萬，

到現在發現沒時間去拍，所以想退訂，打電話去跟他們說過，可是他說只能退我6千元，說什麼我是2萬元的東西所以減20%，所以我的1萬訂金變6千，這樣合理嗎？

我明明是1萬訂金，為何要算我2萬元的全額20%減去的費用= =
