（中央社記者張榮祥台南4日電）前台南市議會議長黃郁文去年9月遞補就職台南市議員，南檢提當選無效之訴，一審駁回，二審今天再駁回，當選有效確定。

台灣高等法院台南分院今天下午5時宣判，駁回台南地檢署上訴，黃郁文當選有效確定。

黃郁文因前北區市議員李宗富賄選定讞，去年9月17日遞補宣誓就職市議員，台南地檢署隔天就以黃郁文涉嫌賄選，提出當選無效之訴，台南地方法院今年1月30日以黃郁文涉嫌證據不足，駁回南檢之訴。1020604
