烏龍修法若不覆議　柯建銘嗆：總統你敢公告嗎？

對《會計法》修法漏掉「教」的烏龍爭議，民進黨團總召柯建銘今天受訪說，依照憲政體制，現在是行政院的責任，若有疑義，應由政院提覆議，雖然立法疏漏是立法院的問題，但因立法院現在休會，總統、行政院若不處理，就是無能、逃避憲政責任。

柯建銘也嗆說，現在整個社會都知道這個法有問題，總統「你敢公告嗎？」若總統公告實施後，當然由立法院來提修法補漏。
