冷藏櫃用電量

新買了一台全新單門直立式冷藏展示櫃.壓縮機聲音很大.溫度設5度.每隔2-3分鐘壓縮機就啟動一次.就算沒有開門.一樣2-3分鐘壓縮機就啟動.整天聽它在轟隆隆作響.一天用電量約13度.跟廠商反應只說是正常現象.我6/4買.今天打算要退還我付運費.廠商不肯.我說換一台也不肯.這家廠商有做二手貨.難道要以中古價賣他嗎.請教有用這種冰箱的人是否真如廠商所說一切正常.而且不能退貨
