（法新社首爾9日電）暌違兩年多後，南北韓今天舉行首度官方會談，為12日部長級會談做準備。朝鮮半島數月來情勢緊張，北韓揚言發動核戰。

首爾北韓大學院大學（University of NorthKorean Studies）教授梁茂進告訴法新社：「今天會談純粹是為了做準備，所以不大有爭議空間。我們週三（12日）會比較清楚狀況究竟如何。」

華府皮特森國際經濟研究所（Peterson Institutefor International Economics）的北韓專家海格爾（Stephan Haggard）說：「北韓這次提議，具備平壤當局外交的所有特色。平壤當局『真誠』且『寬宏大量地』邀請南韓來解決、並支付北韓自己製造出來的問題。」

北韓4月初決定關閉開城工業區，撤離5萬3000名工人。
