請問各位懂法律的人，2年多前一件在暗夜中，行人撞倒機車，結果行人死亡，騎士被判過失致死的案件，事隔多時，當騎士再行經案發現場時赫然發現，當時左後視鏡中的燈光是機車頭燈而不是路燈，原來當初案發時有另一台機車緊跟在後，當行人撞倒前面機車，自己也往後倒的同時，遭緊跟在後的機車猛力撞擊倒地，撞人的機車當場逃逸無蹤，當時遭行人撞倒的機車騎士卻背負過失致死的罪名，請問這種案件在提出異議後，有可能重新調查嗎?
