（中央社記者高照芬台北17日電）台股早盤上漲，台北外匯市場觀望氣氛濃，新台幣兌美元匯率盤初走升；上午10時匯價來到29.871元兌1美元，升值9.9分。

匯銀人士表示，台股開盤上漲15點，台北外匯市場新台幣匯率今天以30.000元、貶值3分開盤後，外匯買賣多為實質性拋補，新台幣匯率盤初走升。1020617
