入住信義區北市吳興街每坪36萬

全台房價最高的地方，首推台北市信義區了，但根據北市地政局最新的實價登錄資料，精選出台北市15個住宅生活圈，每坪平均單價最低都在20到40萬，價格貼近合宜住宅，像是吳興街600巷一帶，每坪約36萬到46萬元，就可以進駐台北市信義區。

想要進駐信義區的民眾，可不一定要付出天價，如果選擇吳興街600巷一帶，雖然在信義區邊陲，交通有點不便，不過鄰近北醫商圈，居住環境還ＯＫ，每坪只要36到46萬元。還有中山區，注重生活機能的民眾，部分地段房屋，每坪也是33萬到38萬元。

如果嫌離航道附近太吵，喜歡環境清幽的話，可以找距離市中心較遠的郊區，像是文山區世新大學一帶，內湖區康樂街安泰街一帶，或者北投區新北投捷運站附近、關渡地區等，雖然通勤比較不方便，但每坪大約是28到42萬元。

北市地政局精選出15個，台北市合宜價格的住宅區，單價最低的，就是文山區興隆路三段，海巡署附近的區域，每坪只要27到32萬元，在台北居住，誰說每坪都上看5、60萬，甚至上百萬，透過內政部不動產實價登錄網，民眾購屋前，多多上網比較，再來選擇不吃虧。
