《財報》聯邦快遞獲利勝預期，惟全年財測展望保守

美國航空貨運商聯邦快遞(FedEx，NYSE：FDX)19日公布2013會計年度第四季(截至5月底止)財報，雖然獲利優於預期，但受總體經濟環境不佳影響，今年營運展望較為保守。

FedEx當季營收年增3%至114億美元；本業每股稀釋盈為2.13美元，優於去年同期的1.99美元。據路透社調查，分析師原預估本業每股盈餘為1.96美元。

由於FedEX業務涵蓋範圍極廣，從藥品到汽車零件等都在其運輸範疇內，因此向來被視為總體經濟先行指標。由於總體經濟環境改變，許多對成本敏感的客戶棄空運，改走海運，使得FedEX面臨不小挑戰，該公司前月才宣布將加速汰換86架貨機與300多顆飛機引擎，藉以提升機隊現代化程度與增加營運效率。與此同時，FedEx 7月將進一步調降亞洲與美國航線空運量。

若假設美國今年GDP成長2.3%，全球成長2.7%，FedEX預估本會計年度本業盈餘可成長7%至13%，換算成每股盈餘最高為7.04美元，低於彭博社調查預估的7.28美元。截至台北時間20日01時00分，FedEx股價於盤中上揚2.33%，佔報101.8美元。
