關於妨礙名譽，第一次提告我該注意些什麼 ?

提告不用告訴司法人員罪名,告訴的罪名也不一定對,錯了反而帶來麻煩,就到警局提出告訴,只要告訴警察要告人,不用知道名字,只告說要告人就可以了,筆錄時一字一句告之事情經過即可,警察也不一定知刑法第幾條,不是告訴人及警察的問題,而是檢察官和法官的問題,筆錄完成,含持有的證據,警察會函寄地檢署,你就等地檢署的出庭通知書,再去庭再重覆講乙次,可能會去很多次
