標題[請問]政府有規定有線業者要全面改成數位化嘛?

剛第四台業者說要加裝機上盒,還說以後沒有機上盒就不能看第四台 雖然也有人問過類似的問題,但答案好像都可裝可不裝... 我想知道政府真的有規定以後跟無線一樣都要加裝機上盒嘛 --

我辜狗很久,都沒有很確定的答案~ 但大多都說加裝機上盒可以增加畫質...我想知道NCC真的有規定要換系統嘛?
