成衣打版放縮的問題

我目前在成衣廠，正在學習讀版、成衣放縮
使用的是力克系統
可是我對於在電腦裡版子放縮有很大的疑問？？
因為教我的人
只告訴我
放縮的數據
要自已到資料室裡面找以前類似的款示
依照舊有款示放縮的數據
比照目前要放縮的款式就行了

可是那些資料多到數不清
也完全沒有照款式整理過
難道版子的放縮沒有一定的規則嗎？
沒有一定的標準數據嗎？
而且如果一件大身的前片
若被拆成好幾片裁片
放縮的方式也應該不同吧
這些卻沒有人知道要如何做也沒人教？

請問如果我想要知道如何放縮
在沒人教的情況下
應該要如何學會呢？？？
