冰箱壓縮機停機後有可再次啟動

家裡15年的冰箱之前使用一切正常冰箱外壁也都有溫熱感(但壓縮機啟動那一段時間較熱)，但最近發現冰箱壓縮機停機，公司客服教我拔掉插頭過15分後再插回，結果是壓縮機沒馬上啟動而是過約10分才啟動，不幸的是約過了半天時間壓縮機又停機，接著我又再試用上面方法，情況相同可以再次啟動壓縮機，如果是這樣那我可能每天都要插拔插頭至少1次，去電公司師傅告知這情形，他說應該是壓縮機快壞掉了容易過熱，建議換壓縮機。我想請問除了壓縮機外還有可能其他問題嗎?
另外，不知與冰箱後面距牆壁約6公分而底部沾滿灰塵棉絮有關否? 謝謝!
