傷病給付70%

上班時間受傷 手骨折 3個月過去 我去申請傷病給付
因為聽人員解釋說 這算是職業災害 我在工作時間受傷
受傷期間不能工作 公司應該要補足我的薪資
那請問我現在申請了傷病給付拿到薪資中的70%的錢(錢最近也匯下來了)

1.剩下不是應該還有30%公司應該給嗎?(不確定這項)
可是到現在10幾天過去都沒有見到有錢匯入

2.是有時間上的落差還是公司不必給這30%的錢?

3.如果是公司惡意不給的話 我應該如何做?

4.又或者是我要主動去跟公司再申請這30%的錢?

因為這受傷這件是 基本上我也沒有打算繼續回公司上班 所以氣氛也鬧得很僵...
