解籤問要重考嗎(15點)??

我今年錄取志願役女士兵
本人擁有大學學歷是可以報考軍士官的
但國英程度是爛的可以，所以自己先放棄第一梯考試
這幾天很煩惱
幾乎每個人都說有大學學歷當''兵''太可惜了
應該當軍士官待遇跟階級差很多也比''兵''好等等
所以就在下禮拜要訓練前去求了籤
問說到底要不要重考軍士官
求到的籤：一般行貨好招邀　積少成多自富饒　
常把他人比自己　管須日後勝今朝

意思是??
重考好嗎??
還是維持現狀當''兵''呢??
請各位解籤高手幫幫忙了~~~
