兩韓開城會談 北韓仍保持沉默

為了解決開城工業區問題，南韓政府向北韓提議舉行最後一次開城會談，但到目前為止，北韓仍保持沉默，未做出任何回應。

南韓政府在二十九日透過板門店聯絡管道，以統一部長柳吉在的名義，正式向北韓提議舉行第七次兩韓工作會談，以解決開城工業區問題。但北韓在接收南韓通知後，到目前也未做出任何反應。

各方對北韓未立即做出回應有不同的意見。有專家認為，北韓若真有拒絕接受提議的想法，並沒有理由拖時間，而另有觀點認為，在現階段，還很難預測北韓的反應將會如何。 （王長偉 首爾報導）
