四無量心.慈..悲..喜..捨，哪種最難?

為何稱做四無量?那是何種境界?

慈悲，喜捨，此兩者有何不同?古今中外誰俱備此四無量心?

佛版眾大德們..有誰被公認達此境界?還是只能貼文回答而已，給人的回答只是應付採用率以及人際交集?。

此題重點..(慈悲)比較難..還是(喜捨)比較難?.兩者有何不同?如何算慈悲?.如何才算真喜捨?。
