我是常冒痘痘的膚質，不知道怎麼保養我的皮膚比較好

我一直都在長痘痘，怎麼保養就是沒辦法讓痘痘少冒一點，
我有看到人家說要用控油的產品，但我自己也都有用，
但效果都沒有出來，不知道哪裡出錯了，
請各位美容大大幫幫我，教我該怎麼做比較好。
