行政院舉行卸任政務委員及部會首長功績獎章頒獎典禮

頒獎典禮上，代表致詞的孫大川妙語如珠，
直言要把他在內閣「康樂股長」的職務交棒給農委會主委陳保基，
「因為內閣裡神經最粗的是陳保基，找他接任應能無縫接軌」，
這話也引起哄堂大笑。

孫大川還說，「內閣哪一個人當爐主，哪一個人又有新議題，
二○○八年以後好像應接不暇」，他希望內閣能成為快樂、
勇於面對問題又幽默的內閣，「內閣快樂，國家就沒理由不快樂」。

內閣看起來很快樂~~
