美國女星亞曼達拜恩斯(Amanda Bynes)日前在加州鄰居家縱火，警方到場時發現她精神狀況十分不穩定，將她用白布蓋上直接送往精神病院。隨後她雖未遭到起訴，但父母爆料她患有精神分裂症，有嚴重自殘傾向，因此一直被留置在醫院中。

現年27歲的亞曼達因《足球尤物》走紅，但鄰家女孩形象導致星路受阻，2010年以「再也受不了好萊塢只看俊男美女」為由宣布退出影壇。她遠離演藝圈後行為開始脫序，呼麻酒駕導致前後發生5次車禍，並對歌手蕾哈娜進行人身攻擊外，日前還在加州鄰居家縱火差點導致爆炸。

亞曼達縱火後雖沒被起訴，但精神狀況不穩定因此一直被安置在精神病院裡。她的父母透露她有自殘傾向，向法院申請臨時監護令，更爆料女兒曾經一夕之間花光台幣4200萬元，疑似砸錢買毒品，並向法院申請接管她約台幣9000萬元的財產，被外界質疑其實是覬覦亞曼達的高額財產。
