您說兩邊都有握把，然後中間有個圈圈？用雙手凹下去然後自己會縮回來？
我好像知道了你形容的那個東西，但應該是壓下去在縮回來吧？不是＂凹＂下去。
如果我猜的沒錯那應該是＂健腹器＂，專練腹肌的！
