標題[請問] 低血壓該怎麼辦

小妹從小就有低血壓的症狀 為避免昏倒 每次洗澡都要休息好幾次 然後起床的時候也要花很長的時間清醒 很容易就感到疲倦 無力 血液循環也不好 google了一下 有人說洗澡要用低溫 也有人說要用高溫 休息分多次洗 搞得我好亂啊QQ 想請問一下 低血壓有需要就診嗎? 有什麼保養方法嗎? 可能會造成什麼後遺症嗎? 或是有什麼方法可以解決低血壓造成的疲倦感嗎? 還有洗澡到底是要用上述哪兩種方法呢? 感謝Q_Q -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.232.19
