台灣自來水公司換水表想換舊換，不必通知用戶，然後把你的進水閥全開管你漏不漏水。
我搬家了，為了防止漏水把進水全關了，有一天鄰居打電話給我說我的排水管一直漏水漏了好幾天，我想不可能啊，我全關了也？？？我從很遠的地方開車40公里回去看，天啊水公司居然沒通知就換表，然後把我進水閥全開，氣死我也＃打電話去客服申訴結果沒下文，欲哭無淚？
這不是第一次前一次換表也發生同樣事情，申訴過怎麼不會改呢？
告訴我吧該怎樣辦才好……
