我在桃園民權旗艦店消費很多商品
所以有了VIP的會員

前幾天情人節想買個禮物
所以再度到桃園民權旗艦店購買了一條手鍊
15XX-VIP優惠=14XX

但因為我的女友手實在太細了
手鍊有點長
所以想拿回去做修改

到了店裡面，店員也覺得有點麻煩
最後她想到方法在手鍊的愛心上加個環就解決太長的問題
但問題來了，新的扣環比扣頭大了一點，所以勢必又要再換新的扣頭
扣環30元
扣頭80元
本來優惠完14XX現在無端端又要加上這110
那VIP還有優惠嗎
商品有問題不是該由店家來解決
怎麼反而向客戶索取這些費用

是破銅爛鐵的制度就是這樣嗎？
售後服務就這麼優質嗎？
頓時讓我很後悔以前消費了這麼多...
