我朋友因妨害自由&詐欺案被判刑，罰金替代刑期。
之前有在保護管束，但因為某些原因我忘了是什麼就被取消了。
後來有收到的公文抬頭是打:
受刑人XXX定應執行刑案件一覽表
然後上面有寫有期徒刑&罰款金額
這樣是代表已經定案了嗎?
可是還沒收到繳費通知耶，這樣如果法院發現他正在勒戒會把這判刑改掉嗎?
如果會，那他勒戒完畢是不是就不能被放出來直接關下去了呢?
還是要等一陣子判決書下來?
