房屋建築工地, 圍籬未設置防溢座

我家旁邊的在蓋房子,

工地阻隔圍籬是有做了

但是圍籬底下沒有做所謂的防溢座,

(我去查的, 防溢座乃防止工地汙水雜物等,汙染周圍的一的措施)

空空的, 蹲下去看還看得到工地裡面

最近工地都會排出很多水

造成馬路和人行道, 還有我們社區周圍地上都是水

想請問這樣是正的嗎?

工地有沒有瑕疵?!

可以去檢舉嗎?!
