我手上有1~3年左右，大大小小的疤痕，
有些較輕微的是黑色素的沉澱(不明顯)，
比較深的就是白色的、凸凸的(2~5公分，約15~20條)，
本身手不算黑但是疤痕遠看還是很明顯，
很後悔..很想去除掉，
但一般上網找的都是臉部醫美，
所以想請問以下:

1.有沒有推薦的醫院在作手上除疤(割傷疤)的呢?

2.費用大概落點於..?
