事情經過:
我在可左轉的路口左轉，燈號為綠燈，車速為20公里以下，
也在轉彎處前20公尺處打了方向燈，中央分隔線為雙黃線，並緊靠中線，讓出我右側直行車道，當我轉彎時，且車輛已完全駛離原直行車道，不料!有輛機車從我左側車門與後照鏡處撞上，撞擊力道大，機車與機車駕駛人彈飛約莫2.3公尺，但我的行經路線有壓過雙黃線。
備註；車上有裝行車記錄器，並有紀錄聲音
請問各位(先拜)此肇事責任為何?
